Excellent service! Paul did a through job and left the place spotless. He also made recommendations going forward. He was polite and very knowledgeable.

I have to go neutral. He was late by 30 min, and then spent almost an hour chatting non-stop, while the job took about 10 min max.

Paul swept my chimneys and installed a new fireback in my dining room. The work was done professionally and speedily. Very good service; informative and positive. Highly recommend.

Paul's first visit was good. He was on time and di a thoroughly good job of clearing the chimney and recommending I get guards on the chimney. He also said he would return to finish the job by pacing something inside the chimney to stop dust etc falling in to the fireplace. After several emails and phone calls he has still not returned to complete the job. Very disappointing. I am still waiting in hope.
