Very friendly and seemed to really know what he was talking about. Did a great job with the sweep and gave good recommendations on what we can do to improve the fire. Also great with my 3yr old twins and dog which was nice!

Prompt and quick service and friendly with a good sense of humour. Knows his stuff and would highly recommend. Payment by card or cash on the day. Clean and tidy and will book in again in future.

Very professional & efficient

I spoke to Paul on the phone and agreed a price. We agreed a date and time to attend but he did not show. I called him the following day to enquire as to why he did not show and he informed me that he had placed the appointment in the wrong date in his diary. It was rearranged and I called him on the day of the appointment. He stated that he had a job elsewhere and would attend my property once he had finished the job he was doing. HE DID NOT ATTEND and did not call to say he would not be attending. We rearranged for the following week (30th August 2022) and I made sure to call him two days and one day prior to the appointment, and he confirmed he had not forgotten and he would attend. The appointment was at 11am and at 11:10am I called him to see where he was. He informed me he had to take his dogs to the vet. He did not have the decency to call me before hand and tell us he could not make it. Three occasions we have inconvenienced ourselves and moved things around for his arrival and three times he has let us down.

On the phone, Paul sounded lovely and professional. After explaining on the phone that it doesn't make a difference when you want a book but make sure you're on time as we needed access to my neighbor's property and he will need to take off work therefore you will need to be on time. Paul promised he wouldn't let me down and guess what he did! The first excuse was stuck in traffic, rebooked for a couple of days later, and paul promised to be on time but guess what came up with the excuse as van breakdown and overheated so will be running late unfortunately my neighbor already taking off work had to leave. I rebooked for a third time with paul explaining my neighbor is fed up as he keeps missing work you have let us down twice only rebook if you guarantee to be there before 3:30 PM. Paul promised he will be 30 Min early and guess what paul never arrived and came up with more excuses. Please do not fall for paul's lies and he will mess you around time and time again with the greatest excuses!!!

Paul was fantastic. Even though he couldn't actually sweep the chimney due to the lack of maintenance and poor installation by the previous owner he gave everything a full inspection, explained exactly what the issues were and gave lots of advice on we could proceed to things corrected. Would definitely recommend

Spoke to the tenant who said the guy who turned up couldn’t take the boiler cover off…. No sweep provided….. a little confused actually.

Great job. Very friendly. Cleared up as he went along. Highly recommended
