Check Fireplace & Chimney safety
I initially spoke to Paul on 15th of November & booked an appointment for November 30th. Communication has been extremely poor, and I’ve had to chase continuously to get answers. On the day of the appointment Paul didn’t show up or communicate otherwise.
It’s the first time I’ll have family for Christmas and we now are unlikely to have a working fireplace, we’re devastated. If Paul had been organised & communicated properly we would have had the opportunity to arrange an alternative.
Answer from tradesperson:
I dud contact this client and explained that I may not be able to get there as I was on an unblocking job in a nursing home I also followed up with a call next morning at around 7.30am The client sent me a message stating that if I did the job before 5pm she would remove the negative comment ......her comment below states that she has got another sweep so ghe above comment is a bit strange At thus time of year all sweeps are busy and sometimes jobs take longer than what it is booked for and sometimes people may have to be moved but they will always be done
