Man is a complete waste of time, plenty good others, who wants dishonest in your home.

We first arranged for Paul to visit 11.30am on friday 24th January. My partner rearranged his work to work from home and midday message me to say no one had shown up. I messaged Paul to ask his ETA and he responded by saying I’ll confirm times with you later. I then responded that we had agreed 1130 and asked what time he was coming and did not get a response until he called me at 5 pm. Paul explained that his van had been damaged by another car and he was unable to make it and we eventually rearranged for him to come over on Friday 31st of January at 11:30. Again my partner rearranged work to be in for his visit and again at 12 he had not shown up. I messaged Paul and asked what his ETA was. I did not get a response until 1435 to say he was held up and he would not be over until between 3 pm and 5 pm. I messaged to say that we would not be able to do it after 5 pm and he did not turn up again, we still have not heard anything. I’m really disappointed as I feel really messed about.

Came around twice to spray chemicals at a different price each time. Has since not returned 4 calls over a few weeks to come and finish the work with a power sweep hence just left us hanging.

Very pleased with Paul's work and paperwork provided on completion. Will be using again

Paul was super professional and turned up on time, sorted our old chimneys out unfortunately it ended up being more than the original quote due to the chimneys needing extra TLC. over all he's bloody great!
