Leaking flat conservatory roof
The work didn't really solve the problem and Martin did promise to come back if it still was an issue but....I lost confidence in him and decided to get it resolved elsewhere.

Review left on 1 Apr 2021Rating: 1 out of 5Leaking roofOn 3/10/202 I employed Martin Mongan, of MCM Property Maintenance, obtained through this website, to instal lead flashing round the chimney on my roof. He charged me £550. I now find that no lead was installed, only a thin line of mastic, covered by a coat of silver paint for appearance's sake. On no account should this firm be trusted.Answer from tradesperson:
Yes we did install Flashing and sealed it It hasn't leaked since I think its unfair to assume we never and Flashing has also weathered
