Blinding job by Martin and Willie. On time, great work, cleaned up, can’t say enough good things about them and their work!..And Martin as well as being a top professional is a really nice bloke! Nothings a problem. Thank you gents, I’ll be back!

Needed a roof tile replaced ASAP, Martin gave me a good quote and said could do the job that afternoon. He and his team came around at the time he said they would and did a good job for the exact price he said so I was very happy!

What do you base this on? Job was to patch a 4 by 4 inch hole. Came over. Put some plywood and acrylic roof paint on and told cannot finish the job today because of light rain. Advised that should be sufficient though. He wanted another £150 amount to finish the job another day. It was not a big job so probably didn’t care too much. I can just say don’t accept jobs you can’t finish for the agreed price. Roof start leaking the following day from the spot they done. The boiler flue was installed and helped cover half of the job but couldn’t take responsibility for doing a roofers job on the whole of the hole. Grey splodge is the roofers work. The black (in same conditions) is the boiler man’s job sealing the new flue hole. I’m calling the boiler man to do further roof works.

MCM provided a very good job and were friendly, helpful and professional during the days work. Overall very pleased with the completed work.

MCM Property Maintenance were employed to carry out gable roof repairs. I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, extremely knowledgeable and left the site tidy.

I was very pleased with the job MCM did in removing the old and installing a new garden fence. The guys were friendly and you could see by the standard of the finished job that they are skilled in what they do. A fair price too.

The man just disappeared from radar , been calling few times to come and fix the bird spike which has fallen . Still waiting for him to come , not reliable at all .
