Martin came to give the quote very soon after contact. Work was delayed due to the weather (all the work was outside), as soon as we had dry weather, work was started and completed. During the period, Martin was updating us every other day. Work is clean and well turned out.

Martin and team did a fantastic job remodelling our garden. They came when they said they would and they worked REALLY hard. They finished on time and minimised the mess. Great team. I would highly recommend. Garden looks great!

Martin came to view the job and gave a fair quote. Once the work started the job was bigger than any of us anticipated, so we agreed a new price, we also wanted better patio slabs than quoted which increased the price slightly, as I expected it would. The team worked very quickly, efficiently and tidied the access through the house everyday before they left. They checked everything with us and never assumed anything, which I really value in a tradesperson. The job has been done to a really high standard and is exactly what we wanted, we're so pleased. I would recommend Martin and his guys and definitely use them again.

We hired Martin and explained we had a small squirrel problem so needed a new soffit to prevent entry. He came and fitted new soffit - no problem - but after he left we noticed big gaps at the ends of the soffit where squirrel could still get into roof. He said he didn't realise we needed to fully squirrel proof the area so after chasing he eventually came back and discussed options for sealing it off. We agreed to proceed with wire wool - that was nearly 2 months ago and he hasn't come back despite chasers. He's had funerals, a cracked phone and all sorts of bad stuff happen to prevent him coming back he says. Squirrel problem is so bad now need to hire new guy to come and take soffit off while we install squirrel trap then get another soffit refitted. Whole thing has ended up costing a small fortune. Not reliable, didn't finish job after chasing for best part of two months and has cost us more money trying to solve problem we hired him to do.

Martin did an excellent job. Was very pleased with the service and professionalism, complete to a high standard, highly recommend!
