Timely completion of job. David was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him.

David was very friendly and helpful. He did a thorough examination of the property and identified a couple of damp spots. However he identified an easily fixable minor cause. We greatly appreciate his thoroughness and honesty in diagnosis.

David is so clear with explanations... He gave advice accordingly.

David is clearly an expert in his field, and undertook a thorough and thoughtful assessment of the damp problems in our flat. We engaged him to do this element of the work, and will be getting other people to do the general building repair work outside at the front, as David"s company is not a general building firm, but specialises in resolving damp problems and work relating to these. The work was done according to schedule, on the dates we agreed, and completed on time. He also provided a detailed report once it was completed. The plaster is still drying, and only time will tell whether our damp problems are finally solved, but the job has been very well done and well finished, and I have every faith that the work will be effective. However, should there be any difficulties in future, I am confident that David would return and resolve them under the long-term guarantee he has given us. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ABS Propertycare.

I found David to be extremely friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. The job itself was a big job and him and his team did an excellent job which I'm more than happy about. Although the job took a little longer than anticipated i understand that unforeseen complications can arise as part of the business. The walls were damp proofed, re-plastered and skimmed to a very high standard and i found his whole team to be clean, hard working and professional - even advising me on othr aspects of the property that i didn't really think about. I would most definitely recommend David and his team for any work of this nature!

Very happy with the service from ABS PropertyCare. David came round on a Saturday to scope out the job and made some very useful observations / recommendation relating to the best course of action for my damp problem. Came back on the Wednesday with his son to inject the internal and external wall. Arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and why, and charged a very reasonable rate. Also provided a write up of the job and a detailed spec for the insurance company to follow to put my bathroom back together. Would use ABS again in an instant!
