I am pleased with the plans that Rustem drew. He is very professional and client centred.

Rustem was quick to show an interest in helping us with our extension on my builder and I could tell straight away from speaking to him on the phone that he was extremely professional. He was quick to arrange a home visit and talk through our project and had completed our drawings within a few days. He’s extremely communicative regarding progress (building regs approval) and he dealt with our extremely difficult neighbours regarding a party wall dispute brilliantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rustem to anyone and would certainly use him again for future projects. Thanks again Rustem.

Rustem has been simply amazing right from the start of this process and he is STILL helping us long after any obligation to do so has passed. Why? Because he has an impeccable work ethic and dedication to his clients. From his very first visit he said what he was able to do for the project and has done everything he said he would do and much more. The planning permission was obtained very smoothly - with the super drawings that he produced that was no surprise. He has guided and helped us through the process and we can't thank him enough. If you need someone to draw up plans and get you through the planning and buildings control process without stress - then Rustem is the person you need - hire him! There is no question that if I was doing another project - Rustem would be the first person I would turn to and I can't recommend him highly enough - as hopefully you can tell from this review.

Rustem was an extremely professional person, and I immediately felt a level of professional integrity and genuineness that you rarely see in tradesmen these days. Not being a person who acts on impulse usually, we chose to hire him immediately without progressing to see others. He answered our endless questions on this project, and others which we are contemplating, which was of no concern to him at this stage, so that was very helpful to us. And the icing on the cake was he was very competitively priced.

It has been a pleasure working with Rustem, he is very down to earth. Rustem explained the process and was flexible with me changing my mind a few times. He kept me well informed on the councils progress and how the plans were progressing. I would have no hesitation with recommending A1 Planning Portal Ltd and will be using them in the future.

Rustem of A1 Planning, done my extension drawings, got approved by council, and then done build reg drawings in first week after the extension was granted. There was ups and downs and quite a bit of changing in drawings, we even had to resubmit the plans couple times, in what Rustem did not charge me extra. He is really a great Architect, and very honest Man, the most i like is the support you get, you can call him anytime/day, he will answer or comeback to you shortly after, in which case that means a lot to me, as what i was looking is someone Reliable, an a man of his word. Thanks a lot Rustem.

Rustem was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was clear with his explanations, detailed and accurate with his drawings, and helpful with his knowledge. I would thoroughly recommend him to absolutely anyone needing help with their building regulation submission.

What can we say.. he been a saviour for us. He been with us in every step and helped us to resolve party wall and planning permission process. If you hire Rustem trust me your frustration will be near to zero in the entire process. He been such a trustworthy and professional. We would highly highly recommend him. Five stars....

A tremendously accommodating guy. Rustem works hard and remains committed to delivering the project all the way to the finish line.
