Jamie was unbelievably helpful in guiding us on the fitting of a multi-fuel burner. His advice was impartial and invaluable in directing us towards making decisions about the works required. Through his tireless guidance with one issue after another, we came to an understanding that due to building regulations our stove could not be fitted within the oak surround. Jamie Osbourne-Briggs from Cambridge Stove Installations was exceedingly helpful and polite. Although I didn't hire him in the end, because we wanted a gas fire rather than a stove, he bent over backwards to help us out and giving us valuable advice. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Full installation of a flue liner & stove. Carried out smoke test to check if flue had any leaks (it did). Removed old disconnected gas fire, made opening bigger, dropped a new liner down the chimney, connected liner to new stove, put up stone surround. Totally happy with work, polite and punctual.

The work carried out was in preparation for my installation later on this year, I had the flue CCTV surveyed & swept also had a birds nest removed from there. The service was exceptional very polite and customer focused as well as being friendly at all points yet very professional in the job they were carrying out ensuring I had a full understanding of what was going on and for what reason, there was no jargon used that I didn't understand which helped to become a truly reliable service and can not wait to get the installation done later this year.
