Jamie and his team did a brilliant job. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted but Jamie's advice was Invaluable. I now have a fireplace and stove to be proud of. Thank you CSI. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Jamie and Toby turned up and were pleasant and thorough in their examination/service of my wood burner and flue/chimney in my new house. They provided great feedback on how dangerous it is and how we can resolve that so it's safe to use. Highly recommended.

Very good job from Cambridge Stove Installations. Jamie was always in touch from the beginning to the end. He helped identifying problems with the dumpiness in the chimney area and helped finding people to make it right. The installation of the stove was very smooth and on time. The quote very reasonable with even some of the original quote reduced when some of the elements originally thought necessary not used during the installation. Very happy overall :)

Jamie did a great job of fitting our new stove and fireplace. He gave good advice when we were deciding what we wanted and kept us informed the whole way through. There were a couple of challenges along the way which Jamie dealt with really well and we are very happy with the final product. We have already recommended him to family and friends.

The job was the complete removal of a 1970s red brick fireplace, increase the size of the opening, installation of a wood burning stove, new liner and insulation, limestone surround and black granite hearth. Jamie was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He gave excellent advice on stove, hearth and surround choice that was suited for our chimney breast and size of room. The estimation and quote was clear, competitive and accurate. The work was conducted in a safe, professional and efficient manner by the CSI staff, giving daily updates and making every effort keep the place clean and tidy. CSI worked to a time frame that suited us and was dedicated to getting the job finished to an excellent standard. We are very happy with the finished result. Thanks guys!

Jamie and his colleague were friendly, knowledgable and honest. They did an excellent job of cleaning the chimney with no disruption and a very clean job. They also fitted a cowl at the same time again with no disruptions. They gave us great advice on stove installations and Co2 sensors. Great job and an excellent company.
