Excellent job done ! Very pleased with their workmanship and very professional . Would not hesitate to use them again.

Jamie was extremely knowledgable throughout the process and was always quick to answer questions via e-mail or on the phone. Found him easy to deal with and trusted him completely from initial contact to completion. I would highly recommend. Completely imparticial advice to best suit the customers desired end result. Definitely use him again if I needed another burner fitting.

I can't fault Jamie at CSI. We had a chimney repointed, new flue installed, chimney breast opened up for a wood burning stove, constructional hearth installed, Yorkstone hearth installed, chimney breast brickwork exposed and cleaned up, an Oak floating mantel installed and the stove sourced and fitted. Being 1st timers with stoves, we wanted someone who could almost hold our hand through the process and Jamie did more than that. From day 1 of our first enquiry, every question we asked was answered immediately (either by phone or email) and Jamie would always have questions and options for us that we hadn't even considered. He's clearly knowledgeable and has a passion for what he's doing. He's friendly and a good worker - along with the ever suffering Toby who was assisting. On the only day it rained, the poor lad was stuck on the roof for the whole day! We were let down by our stove supplier, and again Jamie was straight on the case sourcing us a selection of different stoves from a range of suppliers. The one we ended up choosing was much nicer than any we had found. He explains everything you need to know, what's going to happen and when, what he will be doing and what we needed to do. There's some interim pictures of our installation on the CSI website and when we've had the finishing done, we'll give him some more pics to show off his work. It was a pleasure having CSI, Jamie and Toby in for this work and wouldn't think twice about using them again.

Highly recommended , two chimneys lined and two stoves installed . Honest service came in cheaper then the already competitive quote. Nice lads too .

Jamie came around within a couple of days of me getting in touch and was able to offer valuable advice on installation and type of hearth to use as well as providing the most competitive quote. Really happy with the finished product, was completed on time and any extra work required (one of the chimney pots needed replacing) he got in touch giving a price before the work was carried out.

A professional and friendly service. Jamie was informative and despite encountering some unexpected snags with the fireplace he never compromised on safety or service. Frist class service and we love the finished results.
