As the job was only finished last week it's not possible to comment yet if the damp problem has been solved yet. However, following an intial home visit I received a comprehensive estimate. A date was agreed, the team arrived and the job was done, with minimal disruption to me. I've received an invoice that was exactly matched the estimate. Although we haven't started the build yet, nothing to do with Declan. He has been very supportive wish we had had him onboard earlier. He has been in contact with us regularly without being intrusive, there has been so much more to the planning, building regs and the utility companies, to a novice this is daunting and Declan has kept things moving and met up with them all.
