Eddie did the job of replacing a bathroom shower which was badly tiled and leaking down to the kitchen. It was a tricky job as bad grouting meant tiling had to be done on top existing tiles. Eddie did a very good job of installing the shower and it also looked good. He also replaced a sink tap and did some grouting on a loft toilet sink. He sent whatsapp pics throughout and explained cleary the issues, as well as helping with purchase of materials. I would definitely recommend Eddie for your work!

Aaron was able to clear the blockage successfully and we were very happy with the job. However, in the process of fitting the pipes back together, Aaron accidentally broke the wooden support for the sink and we now also have a very leaky pipe which now has to have a large container underneath the sink to catch the water. These were very difficult circumstances not only because of lockdown and it was a particularly hot day. Aaron kept his mask on and followed all the Government guidelines to keep us safe which we really appreciated.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful when we experienced a bathroom leak that unfortunately caused flooding in our kitchen. The plumber quickly identified the issue and supported us by making recommendations for a specialist company to safely handle asbestos removal, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. They coordinated everything efficiently—carrying out the necessary work before the asbestos team arrived, and then returning afterwards to complete the job. Although there was a small leak after a toilet was installed, they responded promptly and fixed it without any hassle. Communication throughout was excellent—clear, reliable, and proactive—which was a huge relief after dealing with a previous plumber who repeatedly let us down. Every task was completed professionally and on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend their services.

Changed the bath taps to mixer tap and shower. Changing the taps itself was good. But he managed to break the bath panel, he said he would send some out to fix it on Wednesday, ive tried contacting him. He has been ignoring my texts and calls even though he was paid in full.
