There was no pump just a u bend. Within a few days it started leaking, quite badly into the cafe below. I had to get a different plumber to come out twice. Once to stop the leak, and once to sort out the mess he created. The plumber who fixed the mistakes said that he wasn't a proper plumber and made numerous mistakes that he shouldn't have. I did ask them for a refund but I still haven't received it.
