To remove and replace my shower unit and to install new shower fixture , service my gas boiler and repair the flush mechanism on the toilet . Full quote and timescale given , discussed and accepted . Robert arrived on time , and completed the whole job in a very professional clean and tidy manner . All questions were answered professionally and promptly . Also I was advised that should there be any future issues or problems , these would be resolved as soon as possible. Very pleased with the completed works and will use Robert again , and more than happy to recommend to friends and family .

Very disappointed with this experience. I hired this plumber through MyBuilder to install outdoor taps at the front of my new-build property. During the work, the external brickwork was damaged while drilling through the wall, leaving a large and extremely untidy patch across multiple bricks on the front of the house. The finish left behind is poor quality and looks nothing like a professional standard. The damaged area was simply covered with rough mortar/filler which is highly visible and completely spoils the appearance of the front elevation. I raised my concerns politely and gave the tradesperson the opportunity to put things right. Although he initially agreed to return, he has now refused to come back and rectify the issue properly, despite admitting the damage occurred during his work. Accidents can happen, but the way this was handled afterwards was very disappointing. I am now left needing to arrange and pay for further repairs to correct damage caused by this tradesman.
