Neil did a fab job installing our new kitchen. There were a few issues that Neil sorted out directly with the supplier promptly on our behalf. I contacted GmDouglas initially to remove an old cooker and install a new a new one. I checked that they were on the gas safe register which is what I was looking for. They gave me an initial booking date, the engineer turned up on time and carried out the work in a clean and timely manner. I phoned their head office and paid via card which I found convenient, I was also impressed with the follow up call I received to ensure all was well. I will use GmDouglas in the future and will ask them to carry out Landlord gas safety certificates in my rental houses.
