Complete let down. Booked him for today. Did not turn up. Did not bother calling. This guy embarrassed me. He is clearly unprofessional. Looks like a kid in his profile photos, has no reviews and i gave him the opportunity. Disgusting. Do not use. I suggest finding someone with proper work ethics. Did not even bother to call and explain.

Cowboy builder who damaged a brand new toilet pan, did not finish the job and did not respond to any further attempts to contact by text and phone. As a fix to wobbly toilet (not appropriately mounted to the floor) he just wanted to put loads of silicone underneath!!! Avoid this plumber - the job was rushed and poor quality. The only consolation was that I didn't pay him, however few days was lost due to his terrible work. No fun to be left with seriously damaged only toilet in the house when you have two small children.

Matthew came and looked at the leaking tap, explained why he advised the tap needed replacing, and gave a free quote. We accepted the quote; Matthew ordered the tap and returned a few days later to install it. It was all done tidily including fitting isolation valves beneath the basin where there were none; we are pleased with the replacement tap.

We thought it was the pump that had failed but all it was was the shower head was scaled up and not letting the flow through which was affecting the pump, now alot of plumbers would have changed the pump charged us, but Dean explained this to the tenant and problem solved, ver nice.
