Today, (5th January 2026) my Burlington exposed valve shower began leaking. I contacted Justin via email but there was no response. I have called his mobile but do not expect him to respond. Around August last year Justin was supposed to come here and replace a folding shower screen a like for like swap but it hasn't happened contact made but ignored I had to call an emergency plumber to attend today who advised that the shower needs to be replaced. It was his opinion it had not been fitted correctly. It cost me £239 for this visit and it was all the money I had until the end of the month

The plumber kept me informed at every stage of what appeared to be a very difficult job. They cleaned up after they finished and I’m very satisfied with the results.
