The house had been vacated after being tenanted for approx. 7 years and needed complete re-painting internally. David attended the property to meet us at the agreed time and gave us a prompt quote, which we felt was reasonable and within our budget - the work scheduled to take approx. 2 weeks. We made most of the arrangements for him to carry out the works in our absence via e-mail and David even agreed to act as the key holder and work around other tradesmen who also had to carry out works in our absence. He was very obliging and helpful in this regard, which was appreciated. He painted every ceiling, wall, skirting board, doorframe, door and fitted wardrobe in the house to our specifications and to a very good standard, including feature walls in all rooms. The finish he achieved on some damaged areas was very good and the house looked great when we visited following the completion of all works. We would certainly use him again if the need arose and would be happy to recommend him to others for similar work.
