Purpose This policy outlines the company’s call-out fee structure for on-site visits and service attendance. Call-Out Fee A standard call-out fee of £75.00 applies to all requested site visits, inspections, diagnostics, assessments, or service attendance appointments. The call-out fee covers: Travel time to and from the site Vehicle and transportation costs Initial inspection and assessment Professional expertise and time spent attending the appointment Payment Terms The £75 call-out fee is payable regardless of whether any repair, installation, or additional work is subsequently carried out. Payment may be required in advance or upon attendance, as agreed when booking. Any additional labour, materials, parts, or services required will be quoted separately. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a call-out charge if payment has not already been collected. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to the full £75 call-out fee. If access to the property is unavailable at the agreed appointment time, the full call-out fee may be charged. Additional Charges The call-out fee does not include: Repair or installation work Replacement parts or materials Specialist equipment hire Additional labour beyond the initial assessment These costs will be discussed and agreed upon before further work commences. Exceptional Circumstances The company reserves the right to waive or reduce the call-out fee at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
