I needed the stopcock changed in the main water tank. Graham came and gave an estimate for the work, he said the tank was inaccessible and would need to be drained and lowered to do the work and gave a price of £130. He arranged for a plumber to call and do the job .on the day the plumber phoned to tell me he was on the way and would be half an hour. He arived one hour and 45. Minutes later giving no apologies or explanation. He then said he had not been aware the jod was so big and he wouldn't be able to do it that day. After he went ( I was very upset having waited in ) I text graham and explained .he spoke to the plumber and text back saying I had refused to let the plumber stay a do the job . I text back and said the plumber was 1hour 45 minutes late and I hadn't stopped him doing the job. I asked Graham if he had a different plumbers as I didn't like the way I had been treated. I NEVER HEARD FROM GRAHAM AGAIN. I found a different plumber that did the job with the tank in place at exactly half the price.

Nigel did an excellent job for me he was very proffesional and did everything we asked of him.. The jobs he's completed for us were, moving radiators and installing new ones,capping pipes off, redirecting pipe work and installing a garden tap. He did this work all to a very high standard..Nigel always turned up on time and was very reliable and trustworthy..We gave him our house keys to let himself in and out...And our dog was in the house at the time too.I can't recommend him highly enough.
