Extensive repairs to rear and side boundary walls including use of metal tie ins for strengthening matching mortar and cutting out replacing bricks and putting cap stones on. Next fixed leaky drain capped it off removed decking from back garden Laid an accessible hump patio that illiminated need for step from conservatory conected patio to pathway and shed which a base was laid for. Garden now much more suitable for husband with varied mobility issues.His independance increased. Area of lawn increased new turf laid. Finally front door opening widened new side panel and door fitted. Archway shape closed and bell cast created above doorway. Regular updates provided communicated ideas issues etc. Experienced builder with broad spectrum of masonary build skills. Worked as a husband and wife team at times nice for me as a woman. Finally he had a great relationship with family dog! Satisfied yes!

Since starting back in May 2024 up until(leave date) I have learned various spectacular work. For example day 1 was ripping up a patio outside a back garden to redoing a new patio to brand new. From the next day I was learning carpentry to fix new doors and door frames which was an interesting job due to measuring, cutting, flooring alone and cladding. Everyday I learned new jobs and took on board very well, and I can do lots and lots jobs comfortably that I can complete alone. From ripping out a full bathroom for example , bath, sink, tiles/ any flooring, shower trays shower glass removal. as well as, taking old plug sockets away with the back box removed and a new back box fitted along side a brand new socket with the rewiring spot lighting. Also, I can rip out old skirting boarding carefully due to pipes or ripping new flooring up I can replace them fully cut and measured correctly in place.
