Courteous, friendly, confident young plumber chatty and cleaned up nicely after his work. Respectful and did a neat job switching over my old Aqualisa shower to a new one of the same type and neatly filled in old screw holes where he repositioned a shower rail. An unexpected issue occurred with the installation from a slight oversight but he dealt with it in the end and all is well. Every shower is different and instructions aren't always clear I can see. He didn't mind my suggestions as a lay bystander! He clearly enjoys a learning curve and communicates well by text and phone. I would be very happy to have him here again for plumbing tasks as he is keen to please and I can tell he likes this work. I'd be happy to call him in a plumbing crisis. His pricing is fair and reasonable compared to many quotes I received. Professional throughout and mature for his years and nice to talk to. He took away old rotten parts to dispose of. I now have a beautiful well working great new shower at last after years of a dripping malfunctioning one.

We are extremely happy with the work that was done. The pipes were required but could be streamlined and tidied up. After reviewing the pipes, an appointment was made easily and quickly to get the pipes tidied away. The end result is extremely neat. We had some other questions which were answered and we are very happy with the end result.
