From first contact to completion of job I cannot fault Gary. The re skimming of kitchen ceiling was fi ished without fault and in a timely manner. The preparation of the working area was covered totally with plastic sheets and was left pretty well spotless at end of job. Helpful guy, good price, excellent fi ish. Brad and Ryan came to bond/plaster following a whole house electrical rewire. It was not a straightforward job as there were numerous chases and sockets to deal with but they did an excellent job. Brad knows his trade and recommended how to deal with each aspect of the job. He gave us a competitive quote, did the job at short notice and was very professional, clean and had a great attitude. He puts himself in the position of the customer and was very focused on delivering an excellent job. Tom did an excellent job of our office/bedroom. He was prompt and completed the job within his given time. He skimmed 4 walls and accepted a late request to skim the ceiling also. He was clean, polite and kept us well informed throughout. A lovely lad who I have recommended to my sister who needs plastering work done. We'll be using Tom again. I also provide a new service it's the FUTURE OF FEATURED walls it's a liquid wallpaper its actually made of cotton and applied just the same way as plaster with over 300 colours available you can also add gold or silver glitter the choice is yours can be used on any ceiling and any wall. It's the perfect finish for that beautiful featured wall.

Rob and Adam did an excellent job on rendering the rear of our bungalow. Kept us informed at all times, excellent standard of work. Very professional at all times we will use them again in the future. I would highly recommend Chase Rendering to anyone who wants a good quality job doing.

Hired nick who arrived as agreed to survey the job Agreed a price and start / finish date. Arrived on agreed date and and first thing he did was put down a protective sheet on the tarmac. Did a first class job on the porch and am more than happy with the work carried out. If all tradesmen were as efficient as Nick from CT Rendering Solutions the world would be a better place. Turned up on time, great communication. Quoted me a price on photos alone which was very reasonable. Did the Job to a superb standard all in 1 day. Trusted them in my house alone all day and nothing out of place left the house almost as I left it, could tell they made an effort to tidy after themselves. Working clean and tidy are very important for me as I’m a guest in your property. Every surface is always covered by sheets , and the Henry hover always makes an appearance when the room has been emptied after completion of jobs to ensure the room is clean and dust free . The last thing a customer wants is a job of their own in facing a massive clean up job after me . Not all plasterers offer this service , some don’t even bother with a dustpan and brush unfortunately. Im always able to offer advice on dry time and painting onto new plaster of course for those who need to know . Thank you so much for reading my company description.
