I’ve waited a fair amount of time to write this review to give Andy a chance to redeem himself but he has failed to do so. Hence my very negative review. We hired Andy to refit a kitchenette & WC at our workplace. I was clear with him that we needed it done in a certain timeframe due to needing to close the office. His quote was supposed to be ‘worse case’ but we still ended paying £450 more? Andy agreed to do the work between Christmas and New Year. It was due to be finished the Friday and we had booked a professional clean on the Sat. Despite numerous prompts, the work was not completed until Sun and even then not fully. Andy never seemed to be there and work seemed very disjointed. To add salt in the wound we are 5 weeks from finishing and he still has not supplied the required electrical certs. We will be reporting him and hence this review. I would not use Andy again. At the very least he is disorganised but I would also add that he is not truthful about timings or costings.

Alex built my flower bed in my garden and it came out exactly as it is on the picture that I showed him. He also put down slabs round it and did a wonderful job, all this done within a week. We found him to be very pleasant and cheerful, professional and polite. He works very quickly with procession and will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who would want their job done.

He has since tiled and put up a mirror in our downstairs w/c and has undertaken lots of other painting, decorating and odd jobs for us. Lukasz was everything his profile said. He completed the re tiling of my shower enclosure in a day. It looks amazing. He arrived promptly, worked quickly and quietly ( important for me as I live in a first floor apartment) Do not hesitate to hire this guy. PS He even fixed the shower doors, which hadnt been running properly on the track for ages.
