Latest review:Andrew built an extension and did a roof as well. It was very satisfactory and I was very happy. He stayed until the job was finished. It was to a high standard, he was professional in every sense, didn't have lunch breaks, just got on with the job. The Building Inspector passed it all and I am pleased with the job he has done for me. He is coming back to do some more work for me. I would certainly recommend him.

He gave us a number of quotes as we changed and refined our plans and he made some really helpful suggestions about how best to proceed. I was very impressed with his project management, I always felt that I was kept up to date with the progress of the job. The quality of work from Tom and his team has been great and we even completed a week ahead of schedule!

Ramos have done a nice project with his ideas on dead-end Roof with resin gutter. Very honest person and professional. Roofs has been done 5 months ago no leaks nothing.

Latest review:Extensions-So glad we found Paul to conduct our house extension. Whilst work is still ongoing I have found Paul to be polite, considerate, and very experienced in the building trade, a big plus point is his costs and reliability. His knowledge is invaluable and has given us lots of ideas to consider during the build. Currently the team of builders conducting works to date have been lovely to be around and brickwork is amazing! Although still some way to go, looking forward to the next few months and the finished job.
PWF construction were never hired to complete my job and the fact that I am now writing a review is an error on my part. Paul Fisher was however very helpful when he provided a quotation for my job and his communication was great.

Latest review:We were impressed from the outset by the approach of Rob and Pete. Their modern approach, the use of an ipad at our initial meeting, brought the tired old world of building and builders well into the 21st Century. Despite their obvious youth, their approach to communication with us and their ethos about their work showed a maturity lacking in many established building firms Their portfolio was not extensive but we were impressed by what we did see and we followed up their references too which gleaned glowing reports. This was obviously a business in its infancy but Rob and Pete were the hungriest for our business and therefore worked hard to reassure us they would meet our specifications. We felt such an impressive start deserved to be awarded our business opportunity. We have experienced many building firms and builders over the years and are well versed in the pit falls and potential for disasters between builder and employer. We can therefore state with absolute assurance that with Oak Developments we hit the jackpot. From start to finish the project ran without a hitch. Absences (though few and far between) were always informed and the project ran to schedule and on budget. Liaison with the trades and project management was handled by Oak but they kept us in the link throughout. After 16 weeks our project was signed off to our absolute delight and without hesitation we highly recommend this company to all.
