My skills are foul and storm drainage, foundations, curbing, slabbing also porcelain, block paving and driveways. I have won companies I work for 'pride of work' and also seal of approval for construction quality. I take pride in the work I do and will always provide the highest standards possible.
Get in touchIt was an extremely difficult job because of the way the house is built into a hill. Getting to the end of the garden is equivalent to climbing 5 floors of narrow stairs and there is no access from the back. Lee worked tirelessly over many weekends to build us the patio we envisioned. He had to dig out everything by hand and move literally 10-15 tonnes of material up and down the garden manually. Yet, he got on with it without ever complaining. I would have died of exhaustion in the first couple of hours. The end result is amazing and we hope to use the patio extensively over the next few summers. Lee would be the first person I’ll call for any future work I need doing in the garden.

Get in touchPhil and his team constructed a 6x4m concrete base for me for a garden room. Phil understood what was required for the intended use and was able to make suitable and honest recommendations. Plenty of people out there will cut corners on a job like this because problems won't arise until later down the line but Phil and team made a proper job with this and didn't cut corners. Everything was carried out super efficiently in 2 days and the end result was spot on. Thanks Phil. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Morgan Building Contractor to anyone.

Get in touchIt took us a while to find the right builder and so glad we chose David Bray (Brayfields). We had some struggles with engineering and design and David came up with much better solutions. His trades were overall really friendly and David resolved any issues that came up. David went above and beyond and was very fair around pricing when normal changes came along. We has built us the house we dreamed of and it great to work with someone with years of experience who knew the solutions to any problems that came up.
