Hi I’m Nick, I’ve been bricklaying for over 12 years and was a hod carrier/ labourer before that for 3 years. I’ve got an NVQ level 2 in bricklaying and also hold an SMSTS qualification which allows me to run building sites. I’ve been a bricklaying supervisor for the past 6 years for a family run business, but I’m looking at getting out of big site work and starting to take on less work for subcontractors and get back to doing what I love best.
