We were initially worried about the ammount of building works undertaken whilst still living in the house with a young family and new baby. It took no time at all for MTB to gain our confidence by consistantly meeting our target dates, demonstrating their knowledge, abilities and achieving the near impossible. Their relationship with building control was second to none and any issues were speedily resolved on site to everyones satisfaction. All deliveries were punctual and any disruption to neighbours or access to the the road kept to a minimum. MTB enabled us to complete a phased building project and substantial structural works to our house on a tight. They were also happy to let us be involved in the build and complete some of the elements DIY style. They were able to use their knowledge and contacts to reduce costs, suggest alternatives, reduce supplier lead times and deliver a first class build. As for their sub contractors. They too were professional, polite, efficient, worked to a very high standard and were great with the children. I cannot reccomend Mark and his team highly enough and would not hessitate in providing a reccomendation, just call me on #44 (0) 7581 562 872. Will I use Mark and MTB in the future? Most Definately and plans are already in motion for the next build. Get in touchThe Valdens team were excellent. They carefully assessed the leaks in our roof valley and recommended a fibre glass shield over plywood base to ensure a secure fit. The job was completed in a day and half, during a spell of dry weather. They also have their own scaffolding tower that made them less expensive than other firms that hire scaffolding for each job. Get in touchMarchin and his lovely wife Ewelina did a fantastic job on our loft boarding and our amazing new Bathroom.They did such a good job boarding the loft we asked if they could do bathroom’s also,they actually built houses so this was a small job for them,they gave us the best quote,they turn up every day early and do a full days work,all the work is done to perfection,and a complete job,plumbing,electrical and painting so no need to get anyone else involved,such a lovely couple,we would definitely recommend them and will be calling them back.
