Luke was very honest and explained that it was a pipe issue and to contact our water company again. We did this and the problem is now resolved. Super honest, super reliable. Get in touchWe engaged Dan for groundwork and brickwork for our Victorian house due to damp issues arising. There was also damaged and leaky drainage both at the front and back. He reacted promptly to our requests and proposed an elegant solution to fix the drainage issues. So we engaged Dan to lower ground levels, fix our drainage issues and clean and re-point affected brickwork. During this job, Dan demonstrated exceptional skill, professionalism, and attention to detail. He was always punctual, respectful of the property and maintained a clean and organized worksite, tidying up after the job. His expertise in working with period properties was evident from his use of lime mortar and he took the time to ensure we were happy with the job during the entire time of the project. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage and discussing solutions for the drainage and brick issues at the start of each working day. We wanted borders put around all the flowerbeds to make an even join with our new turf. He removed lots of the old soil which had glass and bits of old stone and rocks, placed new top soil, membrane and then finally plum slate. He planted a bed of winter pansies and also jet washed the whole patio front and back after. He even offered to do all the cleaning up after the job and cleaned the PVC Conservatory panels and doors that got dirty during the work so we were so grateful due to mine and my hubby's health issues. Recommend him highly and will certainly be using him again for other jobs.
