What can i say, great guys to work with. Came round and quoted as planned. Good competitive pricing. Completed the job better than planned. Always advised and tried to improve on the plans, really have good attention to detail and take so much pride in their work. Job completed bang on time. Never had a issue whatsoever. Arrived on time, good communication and nothing was to much for them. Will definitely be doing my extension next. New to my builder so they dont have much reviews, but not to worry just have a look at their instagram which they update DAILY. You can literally watch them building.. Thanks lads

On our first meeting I felt comfortable and was glad of input from Robin. Agreed to a plan and only had to wait a few weeks before work could start. All preparations made to protect my drive before skip arrived. All work carried out in a very professional manner and team were very polite and friendly. Even though weather was against ground works they provided shelter so work could continue. I’ve been very pleased with their approach and can’t fault the outcome. Although met with a couple of delays on garden furniture, (nothing to do with Robin and his team, circumstances outside control)all other aspects of this job have met with my approval. Was apprehensive of having people in but can honestly say there have not been any issues and when the skip was removed within an hour, Robin was back on site to clear and wash down the drive. So looking as good as new. It’s been a pleasure having them on my property and will look at using their services again in the future should the need arise. Nothing too much bother. So my thanks to them all.

We instructed Masterbuild & Maintenance to undertake a loft conversion and side extension to our bungalow in the spring of 2021. Dan and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that we were happy with every stage of the build and it was never too much for any of them to make modifications to get the desired result. They were hardworking, diligent and genuinely cared about their work which shows in the quality of their workmanship and the various trades employed. Dan’s team worked well together and were on-site every day for the 6 month build. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them on the project and can honestly say that we couldn’t have imagined any other builders doing the work. We are over the moon with the end result and receive so many wonderful comments from people about the job. This included an additional ensuite pod bedroom in the roof and a side-return and extension to the kitchen. Peter was totally reliable throughout the project and thoroughly professional. Throughout this time we were living in the house with the children. He was always on time, managed the on-site team well and communicated clearly with us.
