I'm delighted with the results; the quality exceeded my expectations, and everyone who's visited has been impressed. Ardit's approach was professional and not pushy, unlike other builders. He provided references and even invited me to see a current project, which convinced me. Ardit was flexible, suggesting changes like moving the bathroom for better functionality, which turned out great. His team, including Edi and Vini, were polite, courteous, and always willing to help. The work finished ahead of schedule, and Ardit sourced excellent tradespeople, making the experience stress-free. They later visited with Anxhelo and I was convinced with their professional yet flexible and can-do attitude approach.They broke the projects in phases as per my requirement. They completed the loft conversion within 3 months as promised. They had a very good team, most of them they were related to or people they trusted. They made the work very manageable even with us living in the property. We even managed to set up a structure for the ground extension for which I called them back to complete few months later. As I was working on tight budget for the ground work, we agreed to work on phases. They completed the extension too except for the finishings like plastering, painting and flooring. They also have a good network of team they work with like the electricians, skips, concrete foundations etc...meaning less work for us. He took us a show some of his previous work and we felt confident in giving him the job of our loft conversion and garden gym building. He has a team of hard-working professionals and they made the job go very smoothly and efficiently, from day one. He started his timeline and even though we had small issues along the way which is to be expected he always had a solution or more than one solution for us and was mindful not overspend on our behalf. Honestly, we could not have asked for a Builder and the end result is really beautiful. The team were very friendly and polite and cleaned up behind themselves every single day. We have recently completed our whole house renovations along with loft conversion & rear extension. We posted project descriptions in mybuilder.com. Many people showed their interests. We invited 7 builders to discuss about the project. Among them, 5 builders submitted the quotations. Raj was the highest bidder. However, we awarded our project to him. The pros: 1. His written quotation was more details & clear than others. 2. He referred us a good architect and a private building controller. They knew each other & worked as a team. 3. Very small team and he worked one project at a time. 4. Excellent time keeping. 5. Applied good quality materials. 6. Good workmanship. 7. Advised us along the project what fittings/bath/ kitchen etc materials should we buy. 8. Excellent communications. 9. Very accommodative. 10. Accept payments both cash & Banks transfer. The cons: 1. I felt a bit expensive for extra work we added during work.
