Dave did a fantastic job advising us on designing and installing the kitchen, new cabinets and quartz worktop, including installing new oven, gas hob, fridgefreezer and dishwasher. Dave put in a couple of additional power points and I could see that he is very experienced, he was prepared for all eventualities. They arrived every morning on time, delivered the project within budget, very professional team - and they made sure that my dog was safe at all times. I'm really pleased with the end result and can't wait to start using the new kitchen. Dave is now our go to person when we need work done around the home.

After being left with a poor-quality kitchen renovation and a damaged compact laminate worktop we realised that we had to find someone else to put things right. Having tried various avenues, which came to nought, we put out a request via MyBuilder. Nick & Vlad responded and were the only ones who asked to come and view prior to quoting. Fixing other’s mistakes is never easy or desirable but they accepted the task and have truly saved the day. Not only did they correct the original issues, but other problems were uncovered that were also resolved - and all at what we believe was a very fair and reasonable cost. The sterling qualities of thoughtfulness, calmness, consideration, attention to detail, problem solving, guidance, communication, daily updates and skilled workmanship have turned our despair into joy. We are profoundly grateful that they responded to our job request, and only wish we had known of them from the start. Words are inadequate to express our appreciation.

Steve was a breathe of fresh air from the onset. Professional and polite, my husband was very impressed with his initial meeting. He took the time to listen, engage and understand the project. He was good natured throughout and accommodating and tackled problems when they arose head on. I liked the way he owned the project, took responsibility for his work and had a great sense of pride. He built a very nice kitchen, attention to detail was excellent as was the finish. He has a high level of skill which was demonstrated in building a bespoke wrap around bench seat with storage in the dining room as well as a great under-the-stairs cupboard. We are extremely pleased with Steve’s work and he has built up a good team of tradesmen that support him (great electrician, painter and decorator, plumber and floorer). He managed the job whilst my husband and I were working and kept us in the loop all the time which we appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend him for further projects and would be happy to show anyone his work. Thanks Steve - a cracking job.

we recently had the pleasure of working with Leon building contractors limited, and i cant recommend them highly enough! They carried out a single story rear extension, an internal garage conversion and porch to the front of the house. On top of that they installed our new kitchen and toilet suite downstairs all finished to a high standard. From start to finish Vic and his team were amazing nothing was too much trouble and were always happy to do anything without a fuss. Their attention to detail was first class. It wasn't only us who was impressed but our neighbors commented how friendly, respectful and hard working they all were and have already asked for his contact details. Vic trade contacts also helped us with windows/bi-folds and quartz worktops all high quality at much cheaper prices i could find myself!
