Gavin was excellent, he worked quickly and was a very reasonable price. He always communicates big and small changes that were needed, and was here everyday on time. He stayed late to get us out lovely kitchen and even worked on his birthday to get us sorted before Christmas. He was a great problem solver and came back to fix all his snags. From the first day it was clear his work was not reasonable. When we raised concerns on the second day, he became aggressive and threatened to cause malicious damage to our property if we didn’t pay him. We had to report him to the police. His behaviour was unprofessional and intimidating.
