He cut corners to make more money for himself. he installed new worktops by forcing them under the sink lip. so he damaged a socket which he replaced and a week later damage to the worktop on the other side became apparent. I sent Patrick Quinn photos and he straight away said he would replace them at his expense. As the sink was going to come out to do this, I suggested my husband and I would erect a replacement for the under sink cabinet and asked if he could put it in place. He flatly refused and not only did he come on site with a hostile attitude but also F*****g and blinding. I have a witness to that behaviour. On his first fitting he called his apprentice f*****g useless. I had to leave before he was finished and unfortunately the replacement doors he had previously fitted satisfactorily, no longer fitted properly. I believe he did this out of spite.
