Simon was initially polite and communicative, and his team worked hard. However, the final quality was unacceptable. Multiple slabs were wobbling, several were poorly cut (one even had a visible cut line), and many sections were not level. Most shockingly, the grouting was missing across sections of patio. When I refused final payment until these issues were fixed, Simon’s tone changed completely. He returned to address the snags but offered mostly excuses; only two minor issues were resolved before he left. Ultimately, I had to deduct the cost of repairs from the final bill to fix the work myself. I have the necessary equipment, but I shouldn't have had to use it. I see many positive reviews here, so perhaps I was sent the "B-team," but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them. Check your slabs and levels carefully if you hire this firm.

Costa was communicative and came over exactly when he said he would to view the job. He was honest about his skills and only offered to complete the parts of the job he was confident he could do. We agreed a very fair price, and he returned to complete the job. He came up with a creative solution for the extractor hood missing a piece from when it was installed and explained clearly what he did. He also replaced 6 lightbulbs and took care to return each light bulb holder to their original angle. I would hire him again for future handyman work.

Matthew and his team did a fantastic job of preparing the aperture for our bifold doors and all elements of our kitchen refurbishment. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and to a high standard. Matt coordinated the various different tradespeople involved in the work very well and his communication with us was good throughout. Matt was accommodating of our requests and always willing to answer questions and talk through options with us. He let us know each time any requests or decisions we made would impact on the cost so we had no nasty surprises when the final invoice came in.
