Joel is brilliant. He is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very experienced. He inspected and repaired two floors for me. He arrived promptly and got the jobs done to a very high standard in quick time. He also helped to advise me with ordering the new floor boards (which needed to be delivered as too large for his vehicle). Sadly Modestas broke his arm before completing the job, and I was forced to find someone else to complete it. I do feel he is unfortunate to get a 2-star review as the quality of his work was fine, and I had no problems with face-to-face collaboration. But he did not respond to my messages after after the arm was broken, despite my messaging him. He does appear to be accident prone.
