He did a very poor job. He was unreliable and very hard to reach. He left a job unfinished, poor quality workmanship, missing kitchen doors, missing washing machine, missing microwave, sink poorly installed. Avoid at all costs.

Simon and his team were great. It was a big project, re wiring and re plumbing the whole house, removing internal walls to create large kitchen living space, adding 2 bathrooms, a utility and 2 storey extension, plus paving around the house. We over ran slightly but Simon did a great job, being a real perfectionist with the work, and has delivered us a great, modernised house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Drages Property Solutions for any job big or small, and would say his bathrooms are a particularly strength.

The job that Ben & Brad did was simply superb! They took great care & attention to detail in the tiling etc, our new bathroom looks stunning thanks to them. Just as importantly to me, they had a great positive attitude, so were a pleasure to have around the house: they got straight on with the work and worked so hard each day. They were also respectful to both us & our house: asked/discussed my preference on any choices that arose, kept me well informed on their plan with polite & clear explanations, and tidied up after themselves leaving it v clean & tidy each day. They treated our home as if it was their own (which many say, but Ben & Brad really did!). I really couldn't have asked for a better service, we're very happy with it - thank you both :-) Will definitely be coming back for more when needed.

He did an excellent job of the floor - we have had lots and lots of compliments about the floor and how well it has been put down. He is extremely trustworthy. We left him in the house all day with no problems at all. He kept in regular contact with me. He is generally a very nice lad and we would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Ryan's quote came in in a timely manner and he was available for the job with short notice. He was friendly and punctual and communicated clearly about what the job would entail. Our finished skirting looks lovely and it only took him a couple of hours. Ryan has also returned to do a few miscellaneous jobs, demonstrating his versatility. He hung a radiator, a curtain pole and a set of blinds for us and reassembled an internet port.
