Very thorough,initial and continuing consultation all through the work. We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Would not hesitate to use them again, which we are, and to recommend them to others. They were quick to respond to our advert and to start the job. Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. We now also have wonderful, solid steps from all exits. A first! Continual support has been offered for the future which is very reassuring. Neil worked to a high standard in installing a washing machine, tumble drier and new units in a utility room. The job was not straightforward since the floor, power and plumbing all had to be adapted to suit our requirements and Neil solved those issues skilfully. He also fixed some plumbing and minor construction jobs which as new householders we had not got round to. My only concern about giving Neil such a glowing review is that he might become so inundated with work as a result that he would not be available the next time we call him - and there will be a next time.

By the end it will be 43 beds and 32 flats. Throughout this job I have done most of the first & second fix carpentry. Due to the small workforce I did alot more than just one role.
