He arrives on time, tidies up when he finishes and is very pleasant. The erection of the garage was part of a barn conversion that was also completed by Adrian and the standard of work is very high, quality of fittings is also very high - the conversion was finished within the time that he said it would take and we are very pleased with the finished job. John and the rest of the team from Unitec finished their work with us today. We are absolutely delighted with everything they have done. The concreting, yard and drains on the one site are superb as is the lean-to agricultural building on the other site. Everything has been done to the highest possible standard and the thoroughness and attention to detail are more than we could possibly have asked for. The site has been left absolutely tidy and ready for use and in addition everyone in the team was courteous and helpful. We can recommend them totally and will definitely contact them first when we next have anything to be done here. Old and new bricks and mortar matched and finished carefully, so you'd hardly know the brickwork was new. Also Tom and his assistant were polite and friendly as well.
