Job was completed on the same day as posted. Allen did a great job - all work was completed to a high standard. He was polite, friendly and tidied up everything when he finished. Luke did a fantastic job! We'd had a catastrophic leak, which resulted in our ceiling collapsing and no hot water/heating (not ideal as we have a toddler). We'd had emergency plumbers out and they hadn't been able to do the work, but Luke attended the day we contacted him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and diligent. He managed to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour (!) - we have an old house with a host of different issues, but it didn't phase him. He also checked in a few days after to make sure everything was working as intended. I can't express how much of a relief it is to find a good plumber - after an awful week we're finally in a position to move forwards, safe in the knowledge that the issue has been fixed (and with our hot water and heating back on!).
