Hi, I’m George. I’m a joiner by trade with 14 years experience and have been self employed for 8 of them. I have also done a lot of landscaping and maintenance work, which I want to “branch” out into. I’ve been fitting kitchens full time for the past year and a half but want to switch it up now after it got a bit repetitive, prior to that the majority of my work was 1st and 2nd fix joinery ie wardrobes, decking, fencing, stud walls, doors, windows, skirting, architraves, flooring etc. Thanks!

Chris did a good job of fitting my new door frames and doors. It’s a project that started in May 2025, however, after a few back & forth’s due to plastering work, we have waited for him to come back and finish off the architrave. Have eventually been advised by him that he has contract work and it might be worth finding someone else. This is after chasing him up on a couple of occasions. Work quality is good. Customer service poor. Even had a text message, which I thought was rude.

He made a number of errors in the fitting of the kitchen. Stated he would come back to rectify and it was priced and paid according to be fair to both parties. He did not return to finish the job as promised. Errors included: not measuring the hood of electrical hood so the socket showed. Corner unit handles incorrect Doors fell off Whilst these are simple to rectify he clear went back on his promise but really the hood of the oven should have been rectified there and then as it was obvious! Disappointed ☹️ even though the other units work !
