I urgently needed a hand rail on my stairs and Sam came the next day. He went to B&Q, bought the parts needed and fitted this the same day. He also carried our another job whilst there. He was very polite and amenable. I asked him to take off his shoes whilst on our new stair carpet and to wait in the car whilst I collected our dog from the groomers. He was happy to do both these things, The work was exceptional and at the end everything was cleared away. I could not have asked for anything better.

Complete bathroom refurbishment. All new plumbing and new suite and cupboards. New shower, boarding and flooring. Looks amazing and only took 5 days, I had expected it to take longer. Minor problem with shower plumbing but rectified very quickly. Neat and tidy and rubbish cleared quickly too. Nice and friendly staff

Cezar was very professional, friendly and knew exactly how to solve any problems that came up with our kitchen installation. He provided us with very good advice every step of the way with our choice of material quality etc for the flooring lighting etc. This made it possible for us to achieve the kitchen we always wanted at top quality at the best price. Arrived a bit late due to traffic but kept me informed en-route which was much appreciated as avoided any anxiety. High quality workmanship. Kam is one of the best heating engineer I have employed ! He is punctual, polite, tidy and above all he is happy to go an extra mile to make the customer satisfied. Kam, was given the task to power flush 8 radiator, replace 6 valves recommissioning and change the magnetic filter on the boiler, he completed the job with competence and professionalism. He did resolve the issue of radiators not heating up, even when he found an issue left behind by past heating engineers installation which he fixed. If you have a similar job or any job around boiler/radiators plumbing pipes work, Kam is your man.
