I pride myself on being hands on and friendly. I also work with top quality tradesmen which I have associated over the 21 years in the industry.
Ionel is a breath of fresh air! I reached out to him after reading the reviews, to sort out damp issues and cracks to the rendering. We were not disappointed! We have never met a builder that is so professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and passionate about his work and helping others. His professionalism, patience, care etc. are second to none. He sorted out the damp issues, cracks on the rendering, and even other minor jobs he spotted. He painted the side of the house (which was not initially part of the job) without asking for a dime! The end product is so good to behold - we are super proud of our house. We have already highlighted some other works to be done (budget permitting 😊), as we cannot let go of Ionel until he gets the house to our desired state. I thought that because my job was relatively small it would difficult to get anyone interested. I needn’t have worried. From the outset Lee was enthusiastic, polite and knowledgeable. He contacted me when he said he would, visited me when he said he would and oversaw the actual work ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. The standard of the repair to the spalled bricks is excellent, he even went as far as adding some weathering to the mix so that the repaired bricks would blend in, now I can’t tell a repaired brick from and untouched one.
