From start to finish Ian was a joy to work with. His extensive experience was very reassuring and nothing seemed to phase him. He kept completely to the brief but also kept costs down when further work was needed. The work was of a high standard and good value for money. Ian was flexible, helpful, diligent and trustworthy, and a nice person too. Tidying up afterwards is automatic and thorough, and Ian will provide updates as often as you like. There is also a sweet, genuine story behind the name of the firm. The name initially raised my eyebrows but I urge you to look beyond it!
