It was a pleasure to deal with Joinery and carpentry from the very first contact to the final fitting. They did a very good and professional job throughout and they left the kitchen in a clean and tidy state. I have never left a bad review for anyone but after spending a substantial amount of monies on a full refurb and Alex ignoring me after he left is not good, called,left messages and left an email about a few questions and problems I’ve had. Being a kitchen fitter and bathroom guy I would have thought the finish on my kitchen and tiling job would have been of high standard. Please see pictures for way he left my garden also on a daily basis, then after I complained he kind of put the onus on me to have it cleared and actually charged me, tiling is poor with lots of grouting missing, kitchen was ok and he did have some issues to deal with but there is no excuse for rubbish under all of my cabinets before closing them in with the kick panels, this was also after i complained previously,all new interior doors don’t fit and stair handrail fell off day 1,was secured by only 2 brackets with tiny screws, I was orchestrating the job from abroad so couldn't check daily. Our prices are very fair & very competitive & we take pride in all our work. We have many returning customers and landlords we look after. We undertake all domestic and commercial works and cover all of kent areas.
Very positive experience, absolutely thrilled with the kitchen. It was a difficult install considering the age of the house and the install team had to be quite creative problem solvers. They were extremely polite and respectful during the install to my wife and dog who had to work at home for the duration. Snagging was easy/minimal. Very happy indeed.
