Agreed a price and day / time for the job to be done. Did not show with no contact. I tried calling a number of times with the phone not being answered and I had to make contact through My Builder. He replied some time later stating that his van was stolen and found written off and he just got his phone back. I have since managed to get someone reliable to do the job. I don't think he would have appreciated it if he had wasted his time with me messing him around. I also don't appreciate my time being wasted.

Jack fitted 18mts of skirting board and made a great job he is very friendly and polite. He also fitted some floor tiles that needed some difficult cuts and made a fine job and his pricing is very reasonable I would highly recommend jack for jobs around the house.

After a long wait because of the Covid restrictions, Martin and his team were finally able to install my new front windows and front door. I have to say the wait was worth it. During the lockdown Martin always kept in touch and kept me up to date with developments and began the work as soon as he was able too. Always observing social distancing rules and regs, the work he and his team did is outstanding. The work has been carried out to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them as they are very tidy too and cleaned up every night. They are also very trustworthy as I had to be at work for some of the time so had to leave them with the keys. Its very difficult to find reliable people to do work as you don't know who to trust so I am very pleased I found Martin and his team on My Builder. Huge thanks to Martin and the guys.

Gave Steve a job to supply and fix the door, took ages to come, when he came he wasn’t prepared, the door hinges ddnt align, new door with scratches,it took three weeks up to now he hasn’t finished sorting the door, he is nolonger answering his phone after I paid him the full amount, he is unprofessional
