“I’d have liked to write a much more detailed review, but I’m limited by the character count. James removed our old driveway and installed a new one to an exceptional standard. Our biggest concern was drainage, as the old driveway flooded badly during heavy rain. James identified poor workmanship from the previous installation and completely corrected the drainage issues, potentially saving us from significant future problems. Communication was excellent throughout, his quote was the most competitive we received, and he offered valuable ideas while remaining flexible with the design. The site was kept clean and tidy from start to finish, and we were happy to leave him to get on with the work knowing it was in safe hands.
