Living room walls and ceiling plastered. Communication leading up to the job and during was great. Richard was great to deal with. Started first day and arrived early which is always a good sign. I went away for a few days whilst work being done and Richard kept me informed and sent through pictures and video. Really, really pleased with finish and can’t wait for it to dry out now. Cleaned up once finished too. Richard to come back to finish off once other works done and this hasn’t been a problem with him either. Would definitely recommend.

What I appreciated most was not only the quality of the work carried out, but also the time and effort spent discussing the issues beforehand, planning the work, and sharing valuable advice and expertise. As I was managing the property remotely and was unable to attend in person, the detailed photos and documentation provided throughout the job were extremely helpful and gave me excellent visibility of the work being completed. Ben arrived with his colleague on Sunday as arranged and got down to work, completing the work about 7pm before heading back to Bridgend. Ben quoted competitively and was very thorough in answering my questions before agreeing the job and were professional and helpful throughout. The boarding and insulating were completed to a good standard for the original price despite the boarding area being a little larger than originally estimated. Loft Installs book their jobs at weekends and travel across the country, employed by a another company during the week. I am happy to recommend them for similar work.
